JOB PURPOSE
The New Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential client opportunities and closely engaging to sell Penta Consulting's services and close deals resulting in increasing sales and a steady growth of our client base.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To create, guide and direct new business development opportunities aligning to current business strategy.
As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates to fill various internal job roles.
Managing the candidate experience end to end, you will be the driving force behind the job filling process, working with Candidates to provide a quality service.
