We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller to join our team in Manchester. As a Document Controller, you will offer essential support to our project teams, ensuring that project design information and documentation are systematically captured and stored within Viewpoint for Projects (our Common Data Environment), supporting the site team and supply chain partners. This is a 2 year fixed term contract for the project duration, be part of this exciting £60m development in Manchester Science park Responsibilities: Maintain meticulous control over all construction-related documentation. Organise and manage document workflows, ensuring timely distribution and retrieval of documents. Implement and enforce company document management protocols and procedures. Communication liaison for the site teams, facilitating document handover processes. Manage virtual containers within the Common Data Environment (CDE) for document storage and retrieval. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. Provide support for Viewpoint for Projects, ensuring their effective use by project teams. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentation. Train and support project team members, including supply chain partners, in document control processes and tools. Support wider Document Control team.
