Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our client based in Staplehurst who is in search of a Payroll Assistant for a temporary assignment that could extend up to 2 months.
We are looking for a Payroll Assistant with proven experience in the following areas:
Payroll Assistant Key Responsibilities
Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payroll.
Analyse monthly management accounts, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Work closely with the DCFO/CFO and finance team to provide financial support and guidance to the Trust's academies and partner organisations.
Develop and maintain a rolling 3-year budget for the organisation, incorporating financial forecasts, strategic initiatives, and risk assessments.
Ensure client payroll work is managed and supervise Payroll Semi Seniors and assistants to ensure effective workflow
To manage and implement the delivery of payroll work across the service line, ensuring team members adherence to required standards, where payroll work is completed on time, to standard and within budget.
