As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure young people aged 12-17 with acute mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
Not two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
We are looking for experienced Band 5/6 children's nurses to work in one of the leading hospitals and trusts in the South West.
Responsibilities
Complete Competencies: Ensure high standards of clinical care through relevant competency completion and appraisal.
Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using research findings; maintain personal contact with patients, ensuring dignity and privacy.

Night shift is lone working, however you will have adequate shadow shifts and support from a team of long standing team members who know the gentleman and his needs well.
He is fully aware of what is going on around him and able to answer question, he likes to watch tv and films and he enjoys days out with his support workers.
