We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an ASB Manager on behalf of a well-established housing association in Merseyside on a permanent basis, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high performing, quality services are provided across communities, dealing with a range of ASB & other tenancy breach cases including domestic violence, hate crime and hoarding.
Your new role
Leading, managing, supervising, motivating and developing a team of ASB Officers & Team Leaders to enable the provision of high-quality services.
Assisting with the development of a Safer Estates Strategy, reviewing the current ASB & DV policies, Tenancy Policy and any other associated policies/procedures to ensure they're current and compliant with relevant legislation and best practice.
