You will be part of a HR Shared Services team who oversee all HR and Payroll Administration activities. This position offers hybrid working flexibility, with three days required in the office. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Deliver effective and efficient HR administrative services, ensuring adherence to approval processes and consideration of HR and payroll implications. Off-boarding Management: Oversee the off-boarding process, ensuring accurate issuance of documentation and updating of leaver details HR and payroll systems. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring proper enrollment and documentation within HR Evolution. Payroll Liaison: Coordinate with payroll provider to resolve any payroll-related queries, including tax, national insurance, pensions, and other company benefits. Employee Support: primary contact for managers and employees, addressing various queries and employee relations issues via phone and email, and escalate complex issues to the HR Advisors when necessary. Skills and Experience: Minimum One Year of HR experience, ideally CIPD level 3 qualified. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy in data entry and keyboard skills. Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider. Familiarity with HR systems.
