Urgent support 27th and 28th June 2024 (possible extension) We are looking for a dedicated School Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) and must possess a current DBS check. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our school's administrative tasks. Day-to-day of the role: Managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Utilising SIMS for various administrative tasks including data entry and management. Assisting with the organisation of school events and meetings. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times. Supporting teaching staff with the preparation of documents and communications. Managing student attendance records and reporting any concerns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a School Administrator. Knowledge and experience working with SIMS. Current DBS check. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
