You'll also be IT literate and be able to raise purchase orders in order to manage office supplies. You will monitor the effective maintenance of the buildings - including reporting repairs, carrying our regular inspections, supervising cleaning standards, contactors and others regarding work in the building, and you will help project manage building renovations and alterations in conjunction with staff in our property services team. Providing a key day to day point of contact for all building occupants including arranging for responsive repairs and maintenance in the building. You will take day to day operational responsibility for all postal services including managing all incoming, outgoing mail and courier services. You will take day to day operational responsibility for preparing and assisting with the organisation's meetings both internally and externally.
