Customer Service Coordinator will work within the Confirmatory Typing (CT) team of the department, managing the coordination of pre-testing for bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cell donations.
The Customer Service Coordinator works as an integral member of the Donor Request Management Department, supporting the coordination of stem cell donations with unrelated donors.
This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling blood tests, reviewing results and liaising with international stem cell registries.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator / Coordinator where you will be responsible for onboarding customers to ensure a smooth transition and contractual obligations are met.
You will deal with all associated administrative tasks, which will include uploading contracts, organising Health & Safety protocols are completed, as well as sending all information to the clients including manuals.
The successful individual will need to be a friendly and confident communicator, whilst also being highly organised and methodical.
Reporting to the Senior Programme Coordinator, the Programme Coordinator role is integral to the delivery of high-quality programmes and requiresexcellent customer service, efficient coordination of the learner journey and effective support and coordination services.
Programme Coordinators will work closely withtheir team, Candidate Support Managers, and the Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance teams to ensure an outstanding end-to-end experience for participants.
Within the team you will be designated certain areas of responsibility that will change dependant on the needs of the team, the business and your own professional development.
