Due to growing demand, Pertemps are on the lookout for proactive, compassionate, and customer-focused Complaints Handlers to support one of our long-standing clients
Maintain and manage HSW records, documents, and data in line with standard operating procedures, ensuring timely retrieval in the appropriate format for customer use.
Accurately handle and process computerized data and information with a strong focus on confidentiality, security, and attention to detail.
Maintain an understanding of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) policies and procedures.
Ensure all calls are answered immediately and emails responded to within 1 hour of receipt.
General
Working for one of the UK's largest garage equipment companies, you will be the first point of contact and take ownership of all customer enquiries from telephone calls and / or emails for both new equipment sales and equipment service requirements.
You'll assist in resolving enquiries and supporting customer's needs, whilst always being aware of their service level agreements to ensure that designated time frames are honoured.
