Our Direct Sales and Service department have exciting opportunities for Customer Service experts to join our Member Services team where you will provide help, guidance and support to our members in the UK and Ireland.
This is a full time role working 38 hours per week as part of our checkout team.
We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Role type: Temporary for 6 months with possibility of extension
Trust Location: Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust
The post holder will provide a support role to the Medico-Legal staff and the Access to Records Supervisor, and be able to work on their own initiative.
This is a Part Time position working 20 hours per week as part of our checkout team with shifts Wednesday 9:15am-17:15pm, Saturday 7:30am-15:15pm, Sunday 9am-15:15pm.
