About Rowans We are a Day Opportunity Centre for adults, who experience a range of conditions which impact on their lives such as Autism, Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Brain Injuries. We provide access to tailored programmes of activities in a comfortable, caring, and valuing environment. Key Skills These will be used as the shortlisting criteria and can be found detailed on the job description attached. Qualifications and/ experience Basic literacy and numeracy skills, in order to record and document activities in the provider plans. Basic understanding of the needs of the people we support and their rights as an individual. Demonstrable successful experience of working as part of a team.
