Working in partnership with a Youth Support Worker to provide a seamless level of support to our young people.
Our client based in Central Oxford are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor/Housekeeper on a temporary basis.
This will include ensuring cleanliness of all rooms; dealing with staff and guest enquiries; managing staffing allocation during staff holiday and other absences, including recommending to the Accommodation Manager if temporary staff are required; allocating work and supervising standards of work; identifying the need for staff training, monitoring performance and providing training as required.
