Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced claims handlers and handle technical referrals where required.
Assessing risk: Evaluating the potential risks associated with each application, considering factors like the insured's health, occupation, or property condition.
Reviewing applications: Carefully examining insurance applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company guidelines.
