As an experienced Loss Adjuster Leader, you will manage a small number of High Value Claims mainly domestic, and some commercial property claims as well as acting as a mentor and technical lead for existing Adjusters with lower levels of Adjusting experience with a strong focus on improving the performance and quality of the adjusting team.
You will be overseeing the Southern region including London, Southwest and West London.
