The role will combine expertise in risk management practices and methods and will be instrumental in defining new and continually improving existing risk processes, risk MI and insight to support our Commercial people in effectively identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring and reporting on its risk performance.
The role will bring expertise and knowledge to support, direct and influence the Commercial business' senior managers and their teams in embedding use of the AXA UK enterprise risk management framework (ERMF) and continually assessing the effectiveness of this through relationship management, control, MI and process reviews.
This role sits within the AXA Commercial Risk Team, a first line risk function fully embedded in the business.
