Transformation & Change Lead Leeds 2x per week Initial 5 month contract Circa £1200.00 p/d (Inside IR35) Sanderson have partnered with a leading consultancy to support a large ongoing HR & Payroll project and identify a transformation and change lead. The transformation & change lead will be responsible for leading all aspects of change management, training, communication, and business readiness, ensuring a smooth transition for stakeholders across the organisation. Oversee the development and implementation of the change management strategy, ensuring its alignment with the program's goals. Review and approve change management plans and interventions. Set overall training strategy and Oversee all communications and collaborate with the training team to establish training needs, priorities, and ensure the development and delivery of high-quality training programmes. Guide the development of the communications strategy and approve communication plans, key messages, and ensure stakeholder engagement at all levels. Review and approve business readiness assessment plans, oversee risk identification and mitigation, and ensure a smooth transition to the new operating model in collaboration with relevant teams. Experience needed; lead and oversee transformation and change initiatives within large, complex organisations. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their practical application. Exceptional strategic communication skills. Ability to provide direction on messaging and manage communication channels effectively.
