Associated responsibilities include; preparation of statements of advice-from fact find to presentation, managing databases/files to ensure compliance with local standards, planning and delivering client marketing activities, and coaching Client Service staff on generation of leads.
Will have responsibility for their portfolio of large corporate client schemes, whilst being accountable for maximizing retention and growth of large corporate client base.
Our client, a well established and rapidly expanding employee benefits consultancy, are currently seeking to recruit an Associate Group Risk / Healthcare professional to provide a comprehensive service to a range of SME and corporate clients.
Candidates will ideally have experience in servicing and administering Group Risk or Healthcare schemes including GPP's, Group Private Medical insurance, Group Risk and flexible benefit schemes.
Candidates will ideally hold professional qualifications although this is not essential.
This client, who specialises in the management and development of wealth for corporate and individual clients, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Risk & Healthcare Adviser to provide health and risk benefit expertise to corporate clients.
The successful Group Risk & Healthcare Adviser will need to clearly demonstrate a strategy for actively developing the health & risk business from clients by promoting existing lines of business, promoting / securing additional lines of business and by obtaining referrals for new corporate clients.
You will need to develop professional relationships with each client and understand their needs and objectives.
