We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Urgent Response and Recovery Team, where your expertise will play a crucial role in providing rapid, high-quality healthcare services.
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
We'll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do.
As nurse in charge of the shift, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and leading your team by ensuring that the best standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Up to date clinical skill considering syringe driver, catheters, pegs, venipuncture.
Additional responsibilities include ordering and booking in medication, an excellent knowledge base of care planning and associated electronic systems is also required in order to manage care planning and required reviewing process.
