We have 2 roles to fill, the hours will be either 6am - 2pm OR 2pm -10pm OR a rotating shift pattern.

As a Customer Service Returns Advisor, you will be greeting customers as they return their rental car back to London City Airport.
In the role you will secure vehicle keys from the customer upon return and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed.
You will be responsible ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting the customer in expediting the conclusion of their vehicle rental experience and making them feel valued while they wait.

We are looking for passionate Motor Complaint Handlers who want to find fair outcomes for customers to join a finance provider.
You will be loading the complaint onto the system, discussing complaint points with the customer, collecting and reviewing evidence from systems to understand the situation in detail, and concluding the outcome in a final response letter.
You'll be working in a dedicated team investigating and working a portfolio of complaints where your work will be quality checked, so there will be some targets to strive for.
We're in an exciting period of growth and to continue prviding our customers with the best service, we're adding to our complaints team.
This team are integral to our success, understanding where service has fallen below the expectations of customers and partners and ensuring that we correct it.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
