Client Details My client is in the public sector with offices in the centre of Reading, short walk from the station and easily accessible via public transport Description Responsibilities include: To provide cover for Reception including: Welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner Processing post Receiving deliveries Dealing with queries To provide assistance for meeting and events including: Print/photocopy documents in advance Set up meeting rooms in advance to include manual handling (moving tables and chairs and setting out cutlery/crockery) Support meetings and events on the day (setting out refreshments and catering, clearing up the meeting room, loading the dishwasher and putting things away) To contribute to maintaining a pleasant working environment for our people including: Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy and that supplies are replenished Maintain stationery stock in good order and replenish supplies Put away kitchen and stationery delivery supplies To provide general administration support including: Distribute incoming post to the relevant teams and frank any outgoing post Assist with general photocopying/scanning The post-holder will be expected to be flexible and willing to undertake tasks of a similar level as required.
