We are looking for a part-time Accountant to work in our manufacturing facility. Under the direct responsibility of the Accounting Manager, perform accounting tasks and populate the reporting packages in compliance with group standards and legal provisions Duties Record accounting entries covering transactions that took place within their scope of responsibility, in compliance with group standards and legal provisions Draw up the annual accounts and any statements (legal and Group-related) within their scope of responsibility Maintain the relationship with the auditors within their scope of responsibility and in conjunction with the company's other departments Draw up a monthly accounting statement in preparation for reporting and verify the content and balance of the accounts in accordance with applicable accounting rules Draw up the monthly reporting statements required within their scope of responsibility Conduct regular inspections of all the accounts and record any corrections made thereto Draw up the periodic tax returns within their scope of responsibility Ensure that debts are settled and receivables are collected within their scope of responsibility Conduct regular inspections of the accounts (profit and loss accounts, balance sheets) Populate the reporting packages according to their scope of responsibility on the basis of the accounting data and in compliance with the Group's standards Draw up and check the statements regarding intercompany operations on a monthly basis Analyze reasons and make decisions regarding the appropriate methods and means for performing their duties Participate in producing Cash flow forecasts Ensure that the fixed assets register is correctly maintained Required knowledge, skills or experience Essential Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing Willingness to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with group and client data Desirable Internal Procedures, Processes and tools Fiscal and Accounting Integration Techniques.
