The hourly rate for this role is £12.00 and up to £13.15 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided. The importance of your role. Reporting to the Sales Director, as a key member of the Sales team, you will manage and develop profitable turnover by taking responsibility for an existing portfolio of customers and securing new listings. Role / Responsibilities: Act as the primary and direct interface between the company and an exciting portfolio of top tier customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients. Support the customer by delivering clear sales, marketing and promotional plans. Identify / devise and execute customer JBP's and objectives. Maximise sales and profit growth across all managed accounts. Support the Sales Director, and wider team, in developing and delivering the Sales Plan. Agree / Negotiate sales prices and product ranges. Drive sales whilst managing cost against budget. Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Reporting. Utilise customer and market / category / consumer data & insight. Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events and undertake regular visits to retail stores. The Individual: Ideally educated to degree level. Demonstrable track record of achievement gained working with major Grocery / Top 4 Multiple Retailer Accounts. Experienced in developing and executing JBP's and proficient with sales forecasting. Comfortable working with data/EPOS having utilised retailer portals. Experience in branded food products ambient category experience advantageous. Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) able to communicate cross functionally with internal and external customers. Numerically strong, with solid excel skills and working knowledge of other MS Office Products. Capable of interpreting and delivering on business objectives. Capable of developing and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products and services. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Full Driver's license and happy to conduct regular customer visits. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £55-65K (dependant on skills and experience) plus Car Allowance, Laptop, Phone and an outstanding Bonus scheme.
