You don't need optical experience to join us as a Retail Assistant, but you will have worked in a retail or a customer-facing environment. About the roleAs a Retail assistant in one of our Boots Opticians stores you will be working on the shopfloor providing a high standard of care to our customers, recommending products to aid their Eye health and lifestyle.
