Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Sales Advisor for a luxury goods retailer based in the heart of Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and established Customer Advisor that will join a busy retail customer service team who provide a high class service.
09:30 - 17:30 Full time hours - Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.

You'll assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering and management, cash handling and reporting.
As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you'll support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
The In-Store Marketing Specialist is a key role in our Opticians Marketing team to ensure the customer has a fantastic experience while they're in our shops.
The individual will be a key member of the business unit leadership team.
This person will need to build big relationships across multiple stakeholders in order build and shape the future of the categories that they lead directly, as well as the wider business unit performance.
