As a Store Manager in a dynamic team, you're stepping into more than just a leadership position you're in a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of your team and the customers you serve.
The purpose of the Store Manager is to develop and sustain effective management activities that maximise sales & profit targets within the Store, provide optimum customer services and ensure compliance of all company and legislative procedures and policies.

Principle terms
Working a (5 out of 7) day shift pattern to cover the opening hours of the store to include some weekend and bank holiday working;.
You'll spend the first few months in store, learning about (and actually doing) everyone's different roles.
It can be very hard work: you could be stacking shelves, operating the till, serving customers...whatever's required, you're there with a helpful smile and a good head on your shoulders.
