Customer Service Advisor - Front of house We are hiring Customer Service team members to support a variety of bespoke accommodation sites throughout the UK. Each summer, we upgrade and prepare our locations ready for our residents. As part of the summer team, you will be assisting the on-site team get our vibrant and modern accommodation prepared and in great shape to welcome our students in September. Working as part of the dedicated on-site team to make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home. You will be running the front of house, ensuring that all residents and visitors have a friendly face to help them with their questions. You will be logging maintenance requests and keeping any information on the database. Ensuring bookings for room viewings, move-in days and check-outs run smoothly. Ensuring all phone and email queries are dealt with quickly. Handle deliveries and on-site visits from contractors. Dealing with anything from a missing parcel to payment queries.
