We are looking for candidates with easy access to Dewsbury, or you may be a car driver and be happy with the commute, as the role is fully office based. You will have experience within a similar customer focused role, where high levels of attention to detail and empathy play a key part in your role. Responsibilities as a Senior Customer Support Advisor: Being a key point of contact for B2B customers, both over the phone and via email Dealing with some complaints or challenging queries regarding orders and showing empathy, patience, and security You will process incoming orders via Sage and be aware of stock availability Handling product queries and providing proactive information to customers on the product range Keeping track of orders and keeping customers updated of possible delays and any problems Managing a busy inbox and aiming to reduce the volume of emails by going back to customers You will receive initial training which will cover all areas of the business to really understand the product range and the work that you are involved with What we are looking for: Strong experience within a similar customer focused / sales role, perhaps where you have dealt with complaints as part of the process Care and attention with your calls, ensuring you are providing a positive solution for customers Excellent attention to detail, to ensure you are selecting the right products Managing customer expectations well A team player who will support other members of the team as the role naturally dictates Hard working and loyal Strong IT skills and any knowledge of Sage would be a bonus This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, working within a highly successful business in Dewsbury.
