They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join their team. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-7pm - 35 hours per week. What you can expect: 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays Flexible working Birthday day off Free on-site Parking Pension Scheme Key Duties: You will be responsible for the following duties: Communicating with customers via email, phone and teams to understand their needs and requirements Arrange and attend customer meeting when required Keeping a record of any customer enquiries using a CRM system Assisting with resolution of shipping and logistic discrepancies and re direct them to the correct departments Working closely with carriers and freight partners to coordinate the transport of goods Provide clear concise reports and updates to management on customer service metrics Profile: Must have strong communication skills Need to have experience within a customer service role Ability to work with a team Beneficial to have experience with CRM systems If you are interested in the Customer Advisor position please send your CV over to us or contact the office for more information.
