Wild are exclusively working with a well-established client based in Milton Keynes, who are looking for a Demand Planner/ Supply Chain Analyst for a permanent opportunity. As the Demand Planner you will play a pivotal role in managing forecasting and demand planning activities for their major retail accounts. This position requires a strong background in supply chain management, demand planning and have exceptional analytic skills. Role Regular reporting on forecast, launch dates, and high impact requirements Optimise stock levels and manage inventory Manage forecasting in line with media plans Report any change in market demands Identify any ad hoc demands Ensure stock availability Risk management Through analysis uncover opportunities for improved availability of products The ideal candidate will have Proven forecasting and demand planning experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects simultaneously Confident in communicating and building relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and colleagues A can-do attitude and excellent organisational skills Drive continuous improvement in the demand planning processes Benefits Private healthcare Life assurance Income protection BUPA Dental 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays Location - Milton Keynes - hybrid working model, 2 days in the office Hours of work - 9.00am - 5.00pm Salary - £35,00 to £40,000 This role will suit someone who wants to make their mark and support in a period of growth and change.
