This Inbound Customer Advisor role centres on providing exceptional service to customers within the retail industry. The successful candidate will be part of the Customer Service team based in Hyde and will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction. Description Key responsibilities consist of: Provide excellent customer service through inbound calls Use customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and retail industry trends Uphold the company's reputation by ensuring customer satisfaction Handling consumer complaint, queries and requests received via call & email only. Capable of managing 100 calls on a day-to-day basis Align with inter-departments to ensure all complaints, queries and requests are closed within SLA's & KPI's. Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently Maintain a thorough knowledge of products to offer accurate information to customers Process orders and returns as needed Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals Adhere to the stipulated SLAs laid for the email and call functions. Act and adhere to the company policies without hampering the consumer experience. Profile A successful Inbound Customer Advisor should have: A qualification in a relevant field Previous experience in a customer service role within the retail industry Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle customer complaints and queries professionally Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office suite & reporting skills Soft spoken & supportive demeanour Effective & proactive listener Hands on experience with Zendesk, SAP & Shopify would be desirable. Our clients are a is a newly created mortgage brokerage and are the trading style of a long-established IFA firm. They are currently seeking to appoint an experienced whole of market mortgage broker to work from home either over the phone or virtaully advising on quality pre-qualified appointments. Basic salalry £28,000 - £34,000 Genuine OTE £55-65,000 To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria. Hold for Cemap or equivalent. Have a minimum of 18 months experience within whole of market advising and have experience of advising virtually. Must be prepared to work 4 evenings per week on average as around 65% of clients request an evening appointment. Finally, a proven history of writing quality volume business together with a genuine desire to achieve a significant income. The client has a substantial lead source, and they will provide you with on average two fact find appointments per day. These will be a mix of existing clients and new opportunities with people who have been through a pre fact find vetting process geared to ensuring the appointments they provide you with are of the highest quality. The information gathered is passed on to you to avoid duplication. Here are some facts from 2023. The company spends on average £2,000 to £2,500 per month per adviser on purchasing data for appointments (excluding staff & booking costs) Including staff costs the cost to the company of each appointment generated is in excess of £300. Average fact find completed to sale is 50%. Of these around a third transact business on the first meeting. They have a wide range of products available for you to offer to clients and to generate fees from including Procuration fees, Advice fees, Protection commissions and referral fees for Estate Planning including Wills and LPAs, Solicitors, B&C, Second charge lending, referrals to their equity release team.
