We are recruiting an Account Manager to work for a family-owned ethical company based in Smethwick.
The role will pay a competitive basic plus a healthy commission scheme.
Main duties will be
Generate sales and increase customer growth by interacting and building relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring achievement of personal and corporate growth and profitability.
We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join an established market leading business within the Managed Print Industry in the Midlands and become a valuable part of the Business Development team.
This role is a 50/50 split of Account Management and New Business Development, so it's a fantastic opportunity for you to take on a portfolio of 100 accounts and start earning commission from week one!
£35,000 - £40,000, Plus Car or Car Allowance, £75k OTE
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for retention and development (growth) of existing customer portfolio (circa 15/20 accounts) by delivering exceptional levels of customer service, this includes engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
You will implement strategic campaigns to improve service and grow business revenue for your portfolio and achievement of the core KPI's set out below
You will be expected to create and building a rolling 12-month customer management strategy that ensures the pro-active management of both the commercial and service elements throughout the life of the contractual term.
