We are working with a well established Financial Services business that are seeking a Reward Analyst to join them on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Our client is looking for a reward analyst to join their team on a 4 month interim basis.
You will play a truly global role, a pivotal member of the Reward team, responsible for the implementation, shaping and management of our client's compensation structures and programs and you will have the opportunity to get involved with and support benefit programs in many of the 40 countries they operate in.
£350 - £450 per day PAYE (depending on experience)

This role involves managing pay and reward systems across NS&I, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day pay and reward management, internal and external reporting, and NS&I's job evaluation process.
