Job Title: Parts Administrator / Sales Rep Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 Commission Responsible to: Sales Manager Location: Windsor My client is a leading manufacturer of construction wear parts and is looking for a diverse new recruit who is happy to get stuck in to a number of aspects of the company. The main focus will be sales and account management. Main duties and responsibilities. Build and develop a variety of profitable relationships with existing house accounts and Key customers. Develop and nurture strong working relationships with House accounts and Key customers alike. Proactively contacting prospective customers, plus maintain a high level of customer service. Identify new sales opportunities, ultimately looking to exceed area Sales and Targets Drive the company's presence within the industry to ensure awareness of all product ranges. Develop strong knowledge of the company product ranges and services and identify how to apply these to an individual customer need. Develop strong relationships internally to ensure seamless communication between departments and other depots. Liaise with all departments internally, processing from point of sale to final customer delivery. Develop strong working relationships with our supplier network. Achieve desired growth and profit margins. Eventually we hope the right person will expand this position into a Field Sale Rep position. In addition, the candidate will be required to perform other duties assigned by the company, subject to adequate experience / training. Skills and Requirements. Excellent Negotiation Skills. Strong Communications skill both written and verbal. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts would be desirable but not essential. Attention to Detail Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills. Team Player Attitude. Willingness to learn and develop new skills and adapt to situations. Debt Collection is a tightly regulated industry with strong ethical standards, and every visit you make is legally approved by a Judge. What might a typical week look like for you? Visiting debtors' properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts. Setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements. Assisting debtors in completing questionnaires. Taking control of goods - where required. Removing goods - where necessary. Making inquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property. Compiling short reports about your visit, along with any necessary paperwork. Assessing debtor vulnerability and signposting them to support services - if required.
