Your Roles and Responsibilities: Providing electrical and mechanical repairs and services to Controls platforms covering the product portfolio. Attending clients' sites to perform preventative maintenance and carry out commissioning on Controls equipment. Maintaining communications with customers and others as seen necessary in a professional manner, in both verbal and written forms. Consulting with the technical or office-based personnel to achieve a clear understanding of specific job requirements. Liaising with the business coordinators to ensure that all services under contract are completed within the correct timeframe. Communicating with customers to ensure that work conducted is with their approval. Requesting additional parts on time to enable a proper timely workflow and minimise delays. Informing the coordinators of any completed work or delay in works in a timely manner to enable the allocation of the next job avoiding any lost time. What you will need to Apply: The ideal candidate for this role will have considerable previous experience working as a technician within a HVAC business, handling elements of HVAC equipment, Heat Pumps and Chillers , and possess a good working knowledge surrounding the sector, which can be applied to this role. Additionally, you will need a sound understanding of Controls protocols such as BACnet, Modbus or LON You will need to be a strong communicator both verbally and written, and be computer/systems literate, mainly within Microsoft Office. Rework Technician Carbon60 are currently looking for a PCB Rework Technician to join an interesting, low-volume electronics Manufacturer in Basingstoke - specialising in rapid prototyping and PCB supply to various high-calibre clientele. The right candidate will be experienced in the rework and repair of PCBs by hand and various equipment - Including Surface Mount (SMT) and Through Hole (TH) soldering. Location: Basingstoke Salary: £25k - £35k p/a Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Mon - Fri - Overtime opportunities available (1.5x) Responsibilities: Rework and repair of SMT and Through Hole Soldering, by hand or with aids - Track and Pad Repairs, Wire Linking, Modifications and Board Repairs. Operation of Soldering Irons, Infrared BGA Placement and Reflow, Hot Air Convection Reflow and X-Ray Machines.
