An experienced Chef de Partie / Sous Chef is needed to join the team at this leading traditional Country Pub based in Herne Common on a full-time basis.
Their kitchen is well-equipped and organised and boasts a 5-star hygiene rating.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience in a Gastro Pub Kitchen environment or Restaurant and a passion for excellent food and a desire to develop your cooking skills whilst under the mentorship of our Executive Chef and the team.
As Chef de Partie you will be a strong support to the kitchen brigade in our Gastro Pub.
You will learn and gain experience on each section of our kitchen.
