It is a home working role, with an expectation to travel to carers and meet at the regional office for training/meetings, normally 2-3 times per month.
Salary up to £40,000 per annum performance related bonus mileage
Night shift is lone working, however you will have adequate shadow shifts and support from a team of long standing team members who know the gentleman and his needs well.
He is fully aware of what is going on around him and able to answer question, he likes to watch tv and films and he enjoys days out with his support workers.
