We are seeking Support Workers for our Supported Living Services in Greator Manchester and surrounding .
The role will involve providing care and personalised support to individuals to improve their health and wellbeing and to develop their quality of life and independence.
This will include support with activities in the home and in the wider community, building connections and relationships with others.
Prospero Health and Social Care have a range of young people support worker roles available within and around the Greater Manchester areas.
These roles will be suitable for people who have experience working with vulnerable young people, with a range of different needs/challenges.
This can include emotional behavioural difficulties, mental health issues, autism, ADHD, self-injury, challenging and aggressive behaviour, victims of the range of abuses.
As a Young Adults Support Worker, you will work directly with the children and young people, with appropriate support, guidance, and commitment.
You will require good organisational and communication skills with previous care experience within a health or social care setting and experience caring for young adults and children.
