You will be responsible for providing personal care, writing case notes, interacting with young people, completing house tasks, food preparation, following care plans, completing mandatory training, attending staff meetings, and following company policy.
To promote and deliver a high standard of customer care for all residents, ensuring strong communication links exist between the resident, the client, the call centre and the operational team enabling the works to be managed effectively and proactively addressing any issues as they arise.

Working from 09:00 12:00 from Monday 03/06/24 Friday 21/06/24 (excluding the weekends and including a 2-day handover) meaning the temporary assignment is for 15 days in total and 3 hours each day.
The recovery support worker will be part of a team providing effective, responsive, high-quality, resident focussed support services to address the presenting needs of our Residents.
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the support for allocated clients by providing practical and personal support to residents in a way that is approachable, engaging, empathetic and flexible.
You will be responsible for formulating comprehensive needs assessments and risk assessments resulting in an agreed support plan, you will need to be resilient, innovative, creative and have a commitment to working collaboratively within a harm minimisation and strengths/recovery framework.
