NonStop Social Care is looking for a resilient Residential childcare worker who is passionate for children and young people that experienced trauma and would like to positively change their lives.
Salary earning ups to £30,000 including on average 2 sleep-ins per week.

Our bank workers work flexibly to support our young people and cover shifts in our homes as required and are paid on an hourly rate basis starting at £15.82 per hour plus an additional payment of £2.37 per hour in lieu of annual leave.
This role has a starting salary of £29,697 per annum based on a 36-hour week plus enhanced rates of pay for weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
I am working with a well-established residential children's home in Warrington, providing person-centred support and care for children and young people aged 6 to 18 years.
Our home caters to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and Autism.
Qualification: Diploma Level 3 in working with Children and Young People in Residential Care or its equivalent; Or willingness to undertake the Diploma Level 3 in working with Children and young people within 6 months of appointment.
