You will be responsible for providing personal care, writing case notes, interacting with young people, completing house tasks, food preparation, following care plans, completing mandatory training, attending staff meetings, and following company policy.

Our bank workers work flexibly to support our young people and cover shifts in our homes as required and are paid on an hourly rate basis starting at £14.86 per hour plus an additional payment of £2.30 per hour in lieu of annual leave.
This role has a starting salary of £27,897 per annum based on a 36-hour week plus enhanced rates of pay for weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Temporary Residential Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our children's home, catering to the needs of children aged 10 to 15 years old.
The successful candidate will ensure that the home meets all relevant legislative and contractual requirements while providing a nurturing and supportive environment for the children in our care.
The Residential Suppor Worker is responsible for ensuring that the physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs of our children are met consistently to a high standard.
Under the direction of the management team the RSW will deliver therapeutic caregiving.
The RSW will comply fully with all statutory and regulatory guidance in conjunction with clients policies, procedures and practices.

Salary inclusive of: Sleep Ins - £30 & On Call Shifts - £60
Option to buy up to 10 days of additional annual leave.
26 days' holiday (prorated for part time staff), rising to 28 days after 2 years' service and 30 days after 5 years' service.
General
The starting salary is £31,262 per annum based on a 36-hour week plus enhanced rates of pay for occasional weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
Provide professional supervision of other Social Workers, supporting caseload management and promoting reflective practice and continuous professional development.
Manage social work caseload of more complex nature and with high levels of autonomy.
Provide expert professional and technical advice to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners.
