Bank Female Support Worker
Shift Pattern: BANK up to 20 hours per week - 8:00am - 15:30pm, 15:30pm - 23:00pm, 23:00pm - 8:00am.
Requirements: Previous experience supporting people with a learning disability and mental health and a full UK driver's license.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Exeter area and able to commute.
You'll be required to develop person-centred support plans that work with the individual to address their health, social and emotional needs i order to be able to sustain a healthy life away from the streets.
This is a full time 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday), permanent role and offers a salary of £24,500 per annum (Participation in an Outreach rota which may include working early mornings, evenings and weekends) 1 x 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri and another and 1 x 37.5 hours a week Tues-Sat.
The job holder will need to deliver a high-quality, person-centred outreach service, working as part of a team, and making contact with new, repeat and long-term rough sleepers across the Exeter Council area.
