Responsibilities include
Assist in financial data entry, budget tracking, and expense management.
We are looking for a Research Finance Administrator with previous Post Award Finance experience to support the Post-Award team with project monitoring, compliance, reconciliation and raising invoices to the funders, cost and financially approve staff appointments, studentship and tuition fees, and timesheets reconciliation.
Training in the systems and processes will be provided but previous experience of financial reporting to the research funders is required.
Other relevant administrative ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

The role holder is responsible for providing a comprehensive and high quality post award accounting service for the Client European Commission [EC] research portfolio.
