The Role: Responsible for managing and developing BAA and their training Contribute to development across category to assist the JB/Buyer with range building. Manage development of smaller categories of your own Work along side design, garment tech and suppliers to deliver best product and margin. Negotiate cost prices and manage costing of your own ranges Work closely with our concessions team to mange the range selection and react to sales Contribute to weekly trade meetings with suggest how to react to department trading, evaluating upcoming rages and opportunities. Liaise with the supply base in a clear and concise manner Skills Required: 1-2 years' experience within a previous buying role at Buyers Admin Assistant or Assistant Buyer level. Experience working in womenswear clothing and retail background. Commercially aware and customer focused. Confident using Microsoft Excel. Preferably experience of retail costing Comfortable working at pace Strong communication skills Able to build strong relationships and collaborate with the team. Ability to multitask. Ability to work independently. Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their as an Research Impact Officer to work on a hybrid basis meaning you'll be working from home for up to 80% of your time with the on-site work being based in West Yorkshire. As the Impact Officer, you will play a key role in managing the impact assessments of schemes and programmes within our client's training and fellowship portfolio. You will work closely with the Impact Manager to monitor and track the progress of our client's academy members, ensuring the long-term effectiveness of their funding and support. In addition, you will assist in defining, analysing, and communicating the impact of our client's investment in research capacity development.
