The role is set to begin and is a hybrid role.
All successful candidates must be able to travel to the local University or college and offer both in person and online sessions flexibly to meet student preferences.
As a PBS Practitioner, you will provide clinical support within both community and hospital settings.
You will conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments, develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs), and implement these plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, individuals receiving support, and their families.

We are recruiting Support Workers to support tenants with learning disabilities or autism to enjoy an excellent quality of life in a range of supported living services in the Ashton-under-Lyne and Stalybridge areas.
Our supported living services enable people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their desired outcomes.
You will work in collaboration with the service user, their family and wider support network to maximise their health and wellbeing and to promote their independence and community connections.
We are looking for 2 Adult safeguarding practice leads - successful candidates will be employed, supervised and supported by MCC, but will deliver duties within Greater Manchester Mental Health services (Gateway and Community mental health teams).
These roles will support the delivery and assurance mechanisms of our statutory duty to deliver adult safeguarding services to the Manchester communities.
