The successful candidate will have prior experience of working as a recruitment resourcer, either within the education field or another market, great research and communication skills, and strong organisation abilities ideally including a knowledge of candidate compliance paperwork.
As an integral part of this busy team, you will focus on identifying and registering new candidates, using a range of tools including targeted advertising, social media, networking, fairs and events, and referrals.
