We have a fabulous opportunity for a results focused travel industry professional to join a leading Tour Operator as a Regional Agency Sales Manager.
Covering Scotland and Northern Ireland, this role will involve working as an integral part of the Sales Team to maintain and increase sales of our client's products to UK Travel Agents.
The successful candidate will develop and build on existing relationships to ensure continued support of our client's products.
As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in the company's service-connected buildings and will be the face and voice of our Client's brand to potential customers.
You will conduct face-to-face selling of the company's service, taking all necessary steps to maximise the opportunity of the sales visit, delivering promotional materials, building rapport with residents, representing the company at events at residents' meetings, educating customers about our Client's products and collecting customers' feedback.
Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in sales, letting, and asset management.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing property portfolio including advertising, letting, maintenance, arrears, and check-outs.
