The Product Manager Opportunity: We are seeking a driven and passionate Product Manager to take ownership of the strategic development and ongoing success of our empower Employee Relations Case Management solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and execute initiatives aligned with the needs of HR professionals and AdviserPlus's overall business objectives. Where you'll add value: Developing a deep understanding of the Employee Relations landscape, including best practices, compliance requirements, and evolving trends Creating and executing a compelling product roadmap Immersing yourself in the challenges faced by HR teams, understanding pain points, workflows, and the ideal outcomes that empower aims to deliver Conducting market research, analysing competitor offerings, and gathering ongoing customer feedback Working closely with sales, marketing, development, and customer support teams to streamline case workflows Translating the product roadmap into a prioritised backlog Establishing KPIs, monitoring product performance, utilising analytics tools, and leveraging data to inform product iterations and optimisation Serving as an internal and external champion of the empower product Line management of a small (presently 3 FTE) team of Product Owners / Business Analysts About you: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the HR software, Employee Relations and / or SaaS industry Able to think strategically, analyse market trends, and translate insights into actionable plans Passionate about understanding the needs of HR professionals and building solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in utilising data analytics tools to measure product success Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business, technology, HR, or related) Desirable: Experience with Employee Relations case management software or HRIS systems Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements (would be specific to the country of operation) Agile methodologies and project management experience What's on Offer: Life assurance Pension Holiday purchase scheme Volunteering days Long service awards Contribution towards professional qualifications Contribution towards membership fees Employee assistance programme Health cashback plan And more....
