You will join an inclusive, supportive team of Support Workers that works well together, to provide care to people with brain injuries.
This can be challenging at times, so a positive attitude, empathy and emotional resilience are essential.
He is fully aware of what is going on around him and able to answer question, he likes to watch tv and films and he enjoys days out with his support workers.
Night shift is lone working, however you will have adequate shadow shifts and support from a team of long standing team members who know the gentleman and his needs well.
Support Worker Pay rate: £13.50 (weekly pay) Shift Pattern:8am-8pm, 8pm-8am Requirements: Previous experience working with individuals with Autism and mental health diagnoses.
