As part of the National Business Development and Marketing team, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Clients & Markets Manager to help drive local business development activity and focus on increasing profitability through the generation of opportunities, bid support and a range of events that will help us grow and engage with our clients and contacts.
The Clients & Markets Manager will operate as the business partner to the regional stakeholders ensuring that the regional drive for growth remains on strategy and maintains momentum.
They will work closely with the Office Managing Partner (OMP), regional heads of sector and the wider Clients & Markets and Marketing teams.
Our client is a mutli-branch agency seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager.
Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
You will be required to deal with the day-to-day management of their allocated properties within the residential lettings portfolio, including a wide range of properties from studio apartments to period family homes.
As well as updating and managing the CRM/Power BI weekly, utilising reports for customers both internally and externally.
The Commercial Manager is responsible for the long-term support of the Key Accounts, including commercial management, invoicing, raising POs and other duties.
You will be producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
